- Manage and optimize all operations within the manufacturing plant, ensuring the achievement of safety, quality, cost, delivery, and team motivation objectives.
- Ensure production targets are met while maintaining the highest quality standards, in line with automotive industry requirements (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S).
- Oversee strict compliance with customer requirements, particularly in Just-in-Time (JIT) production and the manufacture of complex environnement under the KSK (Kundenspezifischer Kabelsatz) process.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of engineers, technicians, and production staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with other departments (maintenance, quality, supply chain, HSE) to ensure smooth information and material flow throughout the plant.
- Guarantee the application and maintenance of quality procedures and certifications such as IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and customer-specific standards.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, while promoting a safe and sustainable working environment.
- Manage and monitor plant budgets (OPEX, CAPEX), operational costs, and resource allocation effectively.
- Act as the main interface between the plant, corporate headquarters, and key customers on all operational and performance-related matters.
- A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing operations within the industrial sector.
