Profil Recherché Profile Sought Essential: * Bilingual French/English (advanced to perfect level) * Proven experience in customer service or client relationship management * Interest in the banking or financial sector * Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems * Professionalism, resilience, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment * High school diploma (or equivalent) Appreciated: * Previous experience in banking or fintech customer support * Familiarity with security and compliance procedures in financial services * Team spirit and adaptability to change
