- Conduct sales presentations and consultations to highlight the benefits of our courses and training solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and client engagement.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market needs to effectively position our programs.
- Provide feedback to the program development team to ensure our offerings meet the needs of the market.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our programs and expand your professional network.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education, training, or professional development sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of the Moroccan market and understanding of the continuing education landscape is a plus.
- Proficiency in French and Arabic; English is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Required: Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
