- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing IT-focused client accounts
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal technical teams
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Develop account strategies to drive retention and revenue growth
- Understand client IT environments and recommend appropriate solutions
- Coordinate with sales, engineering, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and renewal agreements
- Monitor account performance metrics and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and forecasting
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management or Client Success, within the IT industry
- Experience selling or managing IT services, SaaS, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or managed services
- Strong understanding of IT terminology and enterprise technology environments
- Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with mid-market or enterprise clients
- Technical certifications (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, CompTIA)
