- Configure and deploy IBM EGC/IKC for enterprise-grade governance and integration.
- Implement and maintain the Oracle Customer Data Platform with Oracle Autonomous Database and ODI-based ETL processes.
- Develop and optimize ETL pipelines using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
- Ensure data governance and data quality standards are met across platforms.
- Integrate disparate data sources into a unified customer data platform for analytics and reporting.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business requirements.
- Provide expert support for troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
- Conduct user training sessions and create technical documentation for deployed solutions.
- Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to maximize efficiency and scalability.
- Perform regular audits of the IBM and Oracle systems to ensure optimal configuration and compliance.
- Proven hands-on experience with IBM EGC/IKC.
- Proficiency in Oracle Customer Data Platform, including Oracle Autonomous Database and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
- Strong knowledge of ETL processes and data pipeline development.
- Experience with database management, data integration, and data governance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Relevant certifications in IBM and Oracle technologies are a plus.
- Working knowledge of customer data analytics and segmentation.
- Experience in integrating IBM and Oracle systems with third-party applications.
- Familiarity with cloud environments and hybrid architectures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
