- Independently generate 500 quality leads per month through outbound prospecting.
- Conduct cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups to nurture prospects.
- Onboard a minimum of 75 students per month.
- Use Go High Level (GHL) to manage pipeline, automate follow-ups, and track conversions.
- Qualify prospects based on program fit and enrollment readiness.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity tracking.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize student acquisition strategies.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales KPIs.
- Proven experience generating leads independently (no reliance on inbound only).
- Strong background in cold calling and outbound outreach.
- Previous sales experience in the Education or EdTech sector.
- Proficiency in Go High Level (GHL) or similar CRM systems.
- Demonstrated ability to hit student onboarding or enrollment targets.
- Excellent communication and objection-handling skills.
- Strong pipeline management and follow-up discipline.
- Marketing experience (paid ads, funnels, or campaign strategy).
- Experience building and optimizing Go High Level automations.
- Experience working in international education markets.
