- Integrate the Digital Business Automation solution with MS Office, Outlook, and other external information systems.
- Create electronic archiving directories and configure document types for both Datacap and Filenet.
- Optimize processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across various business functions.
- Develop knowledge management spaces and document validation flows to enhance information sharing and collaboration.
- Produce technical documentation and provide guidance on best practices for solution implementation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Experience: 1-3 years in solution architecture or related fields.
- Skills: Basic understanding of Digital Business Automation components and eagerness to learn.
- Communication: Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Experience: 3-5 years in solution architecture, with hands-on experience in Digital Business Automation.
- Skills: Proficient in at least two of the specified components and capable of process optimization.
- Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience: 5-8 years in solution architecture, with significant expertise in Digital Business Automation solutions.
- Skills: Mastery of implementing and integrating all specified components and proven process optimization skills.
- Communication: Excellent writing and presentation skills, capable of leading workshops and training sessions.
- Experience: 8+ years in solution architecture, recognized as an authority in Digital Business Automation.
- Skills: Deep expertise in designing complex solutions and mentoring junior team members.
