Education & Experience : - Degree: Associate’s or higher in business, management, communication, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in customer service, support, or client relationship management. - Languages: Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written. Key Skills : - Outstanding communication skills and strong active listening abilities. - Proficiency in complaint handling and problem-solving techniques. - Good knowledge of CRM tools and customer management software. - Strong customer service mindset and results-oriented approach. - High organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability. - Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
