- Conduct regular team meetings to align goals and address challenges.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide constructive feedback and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Recognize and reward high-performing team members.
- Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines and project requirements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Identify and address operational inefficiencies or obstacles.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
- Handle escalations and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Identify training needs and organize relevant learning opportunities.
- Support team members’ career development and growth within the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of one year of experience in Team Manager or a leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and decision-making.
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented.
