- Make 100+ outbound cold calls to prospects in various industries
- Follow proven scripts while personalizing conversations to engage leads
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and book appointments for Account Executives
- Manage and update lead information in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Collaborate with sales leadership to optimize outreach strategies
- Meet daily/weekly activity targets including call volume, conversions, and meetings booked
- Continuously test scripts, subject lines, and cadences to improve conversion
- 2+ years of experience in outbound sales or cold calling (B2B preferred)
- A stable internet connection and professional home setup
- Comfortable making 100+ calls daily
- Strong verbal communication and objection-handling skills in English
- Results-driven, coachable, and highly organized
- Experience with tools like CRMs, dialers, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation
