We are hiring a Deputy Production Manager with a deep focus on digital transformation and systems integration. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy operations professional with hands-on experience in ERP, MES, and MRP system implementation and optimization, preferably within the home appliances or consumer electronics industry.Location: Casablanca, MoroccoDuties and Responsibilities:

Support the Production Manager in managing day-to-day plant operations
Lead initiatives to digitize production processes and enhance data visibility across operations

Oversee integration and continuous improvement of ERP, MES, and MRP systems * Monitor and analyze production data to drive decision-making and performance improvements

Collaborate with IT, engineering, and operations teams to implement smart manufacturing solutions
Conduct system training and change management for frontline and supervisory staff
Ensure system data accuracy and support audit/compliance readiness
Identify and mitigate system inefficiencies to boost productivity and cost-effectiveness

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Automation, Manufacturing Systems, or related field
5–8 years of experience in production operations with a focus on manufacturing digitalization
Proven experience in implementing and managing ERP, MES, and MRP systems
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and Industry 4.0 technologies
Familiarity with the kitchen appliances or durable goods manufacturing sector
Proficiency in data analysis tools and system reporting
Fluent in English and/or French; Arabic is a plus
Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills
