- Define and lead the UX strategy in alignment with the product vision and user needs.
- Manage and mentor a team of UX/UI designers to create seamless and impactful experiences.
- Design optimized user interfaces and experiences (wireframes, prototypes, usability testing, etc.).
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative user research (interviews, A/B tests, behavioral analysis).
- Develop and maintain a design system ensuring visual and functional consistency across all products.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to integrate user research and data-driven decision-making into the development cycle.
- Facilitate ideation and co-creation workshops with stakeholders (tech, product, marketing, clients).
- Stay up to date with UX/UI trends and best practices to drive continuous innovation.
- Proven experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a SaaS, AI, or data-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.) and UX methodologies.
- Ability to analyze user data and translate insights into effective design solutions.
- Solid Product Management skills: understanding business needs, roadmaps, and feature prioritization.
- Experience in design systems and accessibility best practices.
- Good understanding of technical constraints (HTML/CSS, front-end frameworks, responsive design).
- Strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Professional-level English is required; proficiency in French is a plus.
