- Advise and recommend the best packages and plans to meet customer needs.
- Answer customer questions about services, products, and functionalities.
- Manage billing and customer accounts.
- Handle disputes, claims, and customer requests.
- Convert service calls into opportunities to promote additional services.
- Fluent in Dutch at an advanced level.
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
- Clean criminal record and a high school diploma (or equivalent).
- Strong motivation to work in Morocco long-term.
- Long-term open contract (CDI).
