This role will act as the operational anchor for our Team, owning reporting, performance tracking, forecasting workflows, and cross-functional coordination with leadership and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Provide high-level administrative support to leadership, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel logistics.Support execution related-tasks of projects by tracking deadlines, action items, and deliverables across teamsOwn and drive performance operations: build, track, and optimize KPIs for the commercial teamCollaborate closely with sales and commercial leads to monitor pipelines, forecasts, and revenue-driving activitiesBuild clear, executive-level dashboards and reports to communicate performance, risks, and projectionsImplement and maintain operational processes to streamline admin, reporting, and internal coordinationServe as the communication bridge between commercial execution and internal leadership/stakeholdersIdentify inefficiencies, anticipate challenges, and implement preventative solutions in real-timeManage documentation, meeting notes, action items, and other administrative workflows that support team alignmentChampion operational best practices and tools that drive team efficiency and accountabilityKey Qualifications:2+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or business operationsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to work with numbers, KPIs, and performance metricsProficiency in building dashboards and reports (e.g., using Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)Clear communication skills and the ability to distill complex data into actionable insightsProven experience in working with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and managersExcellent time management and organizational skillsAdministrative competency and attention to detailHighly proactive, resourceful, emotionally intelligent, and thrives in fast-paced environmentsPreferred Attributes:Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales/ops toolsExperience in high-growth, tech-forward, or consulting environmentsComfortable working with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities
