- Under direct/close supervision, you will support the delivery of air freight forwarding processes and activities for internal and external customers.
- You will perform assigned tasks of generally repetitive nature to support other team members, such as gathering operational requirements, arranging customer visits, and responding to tariff queries.
- You will undertake routine tasks such as research, data processing and validation, and documentation.
- Under guidance, you will gather input for the freight control center, and details, information, and instructions for the operations team.
- You will perform tasks to support the determination of freight rates on incoming and outgoing materials and products.
- You will gather and provide information for customer visits to maintain close business relationships with existing clients and enhance customer retention.
- You will record information and data for shipping tenders.
- You will enter data and share information, and support shipment documentation for freight forwarding.
- You will collate data and draft reports and updates for account performances to support other team members.
- You will follow defined processes, systems, and methods for the delivery of assigned tasks.
- You will check recurring routine issues faced during delivery; otherwise, you will escalate to your supervisor for inputs and guidance.
- You will create or confirm transport orders, perform bookings, and optimize bookings.
- You will prepare, control, and distribute all required Import/Export documents.
- You will identify performance issues of suppliers and propose solutions to improve performance.
- You will update Customs shipment information and physical status, and resolve customer issues and incidents.
- You will support and interact primarily with colleagues of your own team.
- You will communicate information that requires little explanation or interpretation.
- You will address task-related issues appropriately to maintain work relationships.

- Education Level: Vocational/Specialized/Technical/Certification.
