As Project Manager Officer, you play a key role through the following responsibilities:
  • Scope, plan and execute operational excellence initiative as directed
  • Provide analysis on the initiatives to support communication
  • Effectively communicate progress, problems and risks using the tools and templates provided to you
  • Support with timelines and rigor tasks and actions from SBRs, MBRs, QBRs and ABRs
  • Support with analysis and identification of process improvements
  • Support with deep dive on specific topics
  • Support projects as per assignment
  • Manage projects and changes in all sites owned by their own organisation
  • Communicate effectively progress on projects to the Partner Management team
  • Communicate effectively progress change roll out to the OCM change manager
Profile Sought:
  • Experience as a project manager, with a background in operations
  • Ability to manage change
  • Ability to handle complex projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with data analysis
  • Full-time position ; availability from Monday to Friday
  • PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus
  • Ability to design processes (Green Belt certification preferred but not mandatory)
