- Contract Type: Postdoctoral Position
- Analyze routing, storage, and loading flows.
- Identify optimization levers to reduce costs and lead times.
- Develop strategies and risk management models to enhance the system's resilience against logistical disruptions.
- Implement energy management approaches and CO₂ emissions reduction strategies within the supply chain.
- Design and implementation of an integrated and sustainable logistics architecture.
- Monitor technological and methodological innovations in the industry.
- Promote research and development findings through publications in high-impact Q1 scientific journals and indexed conferences.
- Integrate the developed architecture into the JORF-Lasfar ERP system.
- Work closely with the SBU Manufacturing team at JORF-Lasfar and the GTI-UM6P team.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects, optimization initiatives, and the integration of innovations.
- Excellent mastery of logistics processes and supply chain management.
- Expertise in flow optimization and logistics management.
- Data analysis and project management skills.
- Strong understanding of optimization concepts and profitability.
- In-depth knowledge of environmental sustainability standards.
- Experience with data prediction and classification techniques.
- Good proficiency with optimization tools (CPLEX, SAP).
- Experience with data analysis software.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and team collaboration.
- Proactive attitude and innovative thinking.
- PhD in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience in a similar role is appreciated.
- Familiarity with methodologies such as Systems Engineering and SCRUM.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
