about the roleMissions
Within the Mobile Services department, you will conduct technical studies and manage projects for the introduction of new Roaming & Messaging services (Rhub, SMSC IoT, A2P, etc.).
You will work closely with the OWI teams (Marketing, Sales, Support, etc.) as well as with the group's subsidiaries.Activités1- Pilotage technique de projets pour l'introduction de nouveaux services
  • Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les entités marketing OWI et du système d'information pour la définition de la solution technique
  • Vous analyserez les expressions de besoins du marketing et assurerez la rédaction des spécifications techniques - Etude des solutions fournisseurs et contribution au RFP
  • Pilotage de la validation et de l'intégration réseau et SI (provisionning, supervision, facturation,…)
2- Expertise technique et évolution de services opérationnels :
  • Etudes de dimensionnement, ajouts de capacités, études de nouvelles fonctionnalités
  • Support des équipes d'exploitation et du CSC IW pour les analyses d'incidents complexes
  • Support occasionnel des équipes commerciales OWI (présentations aux clients, formations, …)
