- Develop and deliver high-quality German language training programs tailored to the needs of call center employees and customer service teams.
- Conduct language assessments to determine proficiency levels and customize training materials accordingly.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and materials (online, in-person, interactive exercises, role-playing, etc.) to ensure an engaging learning experience.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of trainees, providing feedback and support to enhance their language skills.
- Foster a positive and productive learning environment that promotes team engagement and individual growth.
- Collaborate with other trainers, supervisors, and managers to address any language-related challenges in the customer service process.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and new methodologies for language teaching, ensuring the training program remains effective and relevant.

- Native or near-native proficiency in German (minimum C1 level).
- At least 2 years of experience as a German language trainer or teacher, preferably in a corporate or customer service environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to explain complex language concepts clearly and effectively.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital training tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of customer service terminology and call center operations is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with flexibility and adaptability to changing needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and motivate learners.
- Certification in teaching German as a foreign language (e.g., Goethe Institute, TELC, or similar) is a plus.
