- Responsible for Direct Marketing (MC) and non- account customers, their supervison, serving and monioring.
- Planning and organising campaigns for MC or non-account customers.

- Monitoring market in terms of pricing for MC customers and competition situation;
- Maintain relationships with current partners - service providers in all LT cities. Regular update and communication of new pricing or campaings.
- Adhere to regional standards on agreed procedures and processes
- Ensure co-operation with other members of the sales team and throughout the sales force.
- Provide customer oriented service at all times relating to specific sales issues.
- Selling activities of Express and Economy services to Direct Marketing customers.
- Call prospect and regular customers (35 phone calls a day) to achieve agreed budget. The intention is to inform and sell DHL services, provide customers with the required information, send mailing.
- Maintain and develop sales to assigned customers to give them full information about DHL and sell products and service.
- Budget: be responsible for achieving scheduled goals.
- Participate in sales campaigns and activities on a central and local level.
- Update knowledge of changes, new products, new and closed marketing activities, competition and market trends to be competitive and professional in selling.
- To plan and prioritise the sales activities monthly, quarterly and yearly on the basis of portfolio analysis. Re-allocation is done twice per year.
- Technical Aid: Comet is a database for information employed for both MC sales and marketing activities. As a result it is utterly important that it is regularly updated and used in the best way possible.
- Prepare statistical and informational reports to inform about actual situation and customers needs.
- Preferably holds at least bachelor’s degree in business.
- Can do attitude combined with analytical thinking.
