✅ Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports to management and stakeholders
✅ Ensure compliance with international regulations and accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP)
✅ Conduct financial audits and assist in the preparation of audit documentation
✅ Collaborate with the finance team to develop budgeting and forecasting processes
✅ Optimize financial processes and contribute to system upgrades and implementations
✅ Support ad hoc requests and analysis to support decision-making and operational efficiencyRequirements➡️ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is required (Master’s degree or professional accounting qualifications preferred)➡️ 2+ years of experience in accounting/finance, ideally within an international BPO or similar environment➡️ Fluency in English is a must; with strong communication skills in a US Business Environment➡️ Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or equivalent) and Excel➡️ Deep understanding of international accounting standards and regulations➡️ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail➡️ Ability to work effectively in a team and independently manage multiple tasks➡️ Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environmentBenefits🌟 Competitive Compensation: Commensurate with experience and above industry average
