With its 17 cutting-edge production and engineering sites located in Rabat, Tangier, Kenitra, and Meknes, Lear Morocco has become a major and significant player in the industry employing over 19,000 diverse & talented team members.Lear Morocco has been certified as a Top Employer for the fourth consecutive time in recognition of its unwavering commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and fostering supportive work environment.Position overview:Our new Tool & Equipment Engineer will be responsible to ensure the needed equipment for the Assembly area, coordinate and collaborate with central Engineering to implement the innovation projects and participate in the plant KPIs improvement.Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the needed equipment for assembly.
Install and validate the equipment needed according to the project milestones.
Communication with suppliers and Lear Central Engineering regarding existing and future equipment.
Follow equipment tagging.
Participate effectively in the Continuous improvement activities.
Participate to improve plant KPIs: FTP, Efficiency, ….
Comply with the safety and environmental rules established in the plant.
Actively participate in compliance and monitoring of the IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards.

Key skills and Qualifications:

Technical degree with minimum 5 years' experience working in equipment or maintenance department in wiring industry.
Good Knowledge of project milestones.
Practical experience in Auto Cad and Solid works
Ability to work with multidisciplinary team.
Good knowledge of purchasing process.
Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools.
Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools.
Intermediate level of English language.
Willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
Excellent analytical skills
