We are a fast-growing BPO sales company looking for driven and energetic B2C Sales Executives to connect with individual customers, promote our services, and close sales. Key Responsibilities: -Engage with potential customers via calls to promote our products/services -Build trust and rapport to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions -Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs -Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up on leads
Profil Recherché Requirements: -Excellent communication and persuasion skills -Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient in a fast-paced environment -Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively -Fluency in English required (French/Arabic a strong advantage)
