- Manage customers' database accounts and records, perform customer verification and process applications, orders and requests.
- Provide support to accounting personnel with data entry
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and other employees.
- Provide outstanding administrative support to the third partner, while establishing and coordinating overall departmental functionality.
- Assist manager with development of PowerPoint presentations.
- Assist customers if needed.
- Maintain and update sheets as required
- High School Degree
- No experience required
- Strong understanding of Excel, Word and Adobe
- Strong communication skills, must be proficient in English, both spoken and written.
