Job Title : Administrative Assistant / Customer ServiceLocation : Agadir, MoroccoJob Overview :Provide a range of Administrative duties and customer support likewise.Responsibilities:
  • Manage customers' database accounts and records, perform customer verification and process applications, orders and requests.
  • Provide support to accounting personnel with data entry
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and other employees.
  • Provide outstanding administrative support to the third partner, while establishing and coordinating overall departmental functionality.
  • Assist manager with development of PowerPoint presentations.
  • Assist customers if needed.
  • Maintain and update sheets as required
Qualifications:
  • High School Degree
  • No experience required
  • Strong understanding of Excel, Word and Adobe
  • Strong communication skills, must be proficient in English, both spoken and written.
