- You are the first person a potential customer will speak with when they call us - you must give the best first impression of AnyTech365
- You will perform a remote computer or IoT (Internet of Things) device security check – using our professional toolkit to scan the device
- You will give a security and performance diagnosis and provide suggestions to the potential customer
- You will convert inbound calls into loyal customers, and transfer the customer to level 2 technicians to provide comprehensive service
- Permanent contract
- Competitive salary : 9000 MAD + commissions (average 7500 - 13.000 MAD)

- Previous experience in sales
- Communication and social skills
