Support procurement and inventory follow-up, including liaising with internal support services
Ensure smooth internal communication and scheduling among researchers, engineers, and administrative staff
Maintain accurate records and filing systems aligned with institutional standards

- Holds a BAC+2 or BAC+3 in office administration, management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Demonstrates excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism
- Proficient in office software and digital tools (Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling platforms, internal databases)
- Fluent in English and French
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a research, academic, or project-based environment
