Processes purchase requisitions for direct material (production material)
Creates parts and order details in ERP system
Checks MRP results and sends forecasts, call offs, spot, single orders to the supplier.
Tracks supplier deliveries, identify bottlenecks and escalate risk of shortages
Maintains order-relevant master data in the ERP system, triggered by internal change notifications from the parts management system
Develops and maintains regular contact with suppliers
Supports the inventory process of production material for the local ERP system
Ensures the accuracy of supplier and article master data and reports discrepancies to the relevant departments
Supports LEONI production plants in the procurement of direct material
Initiates shipping of direct material
