- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement customized solutions.
- Optimize processes related to data and information workflows for better performance and reliability.
- Document technical configurations, processes, and resolutions for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Stay updated with IBM tools' latest features and upgrades, recommending improvements where necessary.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing IBM EGC and IBM IKC solutions.
- Strong understanding of data integration, configuration management, and workflow optimization.
- Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to IBM tools.
