Cloud Success Program Advisor (H/ F) | Rabat (Maroc)

Entreprise :For one of our projects we're hiring a Cloud Success Program Advisor (H/ F).Poste :In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Review relevant reports, telemetry, and customer signals to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities
Engage with enterprise customers through discovery conversations to understand their strategic IT landscape and business priorities
Align customer needs to Microsoft’s portfolio of cloud success programs:
Customer Health: Incident Preparedness, Resiliency, Security
Cloud Deployment: Cloud Migration, Cloud Success
AI Innovation: Copilot Adoption, Technical AI Enablement
Support technical resources during scoping and closeout phases, helping ensure clear definition of scope, alignment with customer needs, and smooth transition to program execution
Document and communicate scope, success criteria, and program referrals
Collaborate with program owners, solution architects, and technical delivery teams
Track engagement outcomes and provide feedback to optimize scoping frameworks
Stay up to date on Microsoft’s cloud strategy, solution areas, and innovation roadmap

Profil recherché :

8+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as IT consulting, solution architecture, or advisory.
Expertise across Microsoft cloud platforms and products.
Knowledge of IT service management.
Experience managing customer-facing delivery projects and services.
Understanding of organizational change frameworks (e.g. PROSCI).
Experience with disaster recovery planning, cloud security frameworks, and AI solutions including Copilot.
Experience with Microsoft cloud migrations, cloud health, and operations.
Ability to turn technical findings into prioritized actions and recommendations.
Experience successfully positioning follow-on services.
Stakeholder management skills.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication/documentation skills.
Highly organized with executive presentation skills.
Demonstrated experience in working closely with client teams to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure successful project outcomes.
Experience with Microsoft frameworks and assessments, such as Well-Architected Review Assessment (WARA), Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF), Azure Well- Architected Framework, Microsoft Security Assessment Frameworks.

Preferred qualifications

Prior experience supporting regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, government)
Technical experience with Microsoft security , governance and BCDR tools such as Azure Site Recovery, Backup Vaults, Azure Automation, or Service Health Alerts, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, Key Vault, Azure AD (Entra ID), PIM, Azure Policy, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics.
Understanding of Azure Foundry, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, Azure AI Services, Azure Bot Service
Understanding of Azure architecture, including infrastructure, Availability Zones, backup/recovery, and monitoring services.
Experience in developing and implementing innovative solutions to complex problems.
Experience working with international clients and managing global projects.
Understanding of industry trends in cloud governance, compliance, and operational excellence
