Accounts Payables

• Master degree/ Business Schoo
• Accounting, tax and corporate finance skills
• Initiative, autonomy, ability to summarise, team spirit skills
• An experience in the finance industry is a plus
• A good command of english & frensh
• Proficiency in Excel (SAP is a plus)

• Manage accounts payable to meet the criteria identified by the company's general policy
• Receive invoices for daily stockable goods and ensure that the quantity received by the storekeeper on the system corresponds to the quantity invoiced
• Sends out complaints for invoices that have not been validated and updates the daily tracking of these invoices with the due date in order to resolve the problem before the due date
• Validate entries and letter accounts payable, including justification of outstanding supplier balances
• Draw up monthly accounts payable statements and submit them to the Chief Accountant
