- You will execute OFR Ops/CS plans and processes to provide ocean freight services for internal and external customers.
- You will assess and interpret the requirements of the freight control center to support the operations team by providing the necessary details, information, and instructions for optimal operational performance.
- You will implement freight administration by providing allocation and reservations of freight on planned line hauls.
- You will participate in developing and executing plans for ocean freight products in areas such as perishables, pharmaceuticals, and aviation.
- You will develop opportunities to expand the business with new clients and continuously improve in-house customer services.
- You will maintain close business relationships with existing clients, conduct customer visits, and achieve the desired level of customer retention.
- You will track account performance and provide monthly reports to management.
- You will execute the pricing strategy and respond to pricing inquiries in an efficient and competitive manner.
- You will conduct day-to-day shipment documentation for freight forwarding, assist in the development of shipping tenders, and ensure the on-time submission of relevant documents.
- You will identify opportunities to enhance ocean freight productivity, as well as efficient resource allocation and utilization.
- You will analyze and provide input for processes and design systems to enhance service quality.
- You will study and resolve issues in day-to-day delivery and implement practices for OFR Ops/CS, focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency.
- You will create and/or confirm transport orders and perform and optimize bookings.
- You will prepare, control, and distribute all required import/export documents.
- You will identify performance issues with suppliers and propose solutions to improve their performance.
- You will update customs shipment information and physical status, and resolve customer issues and incidents.

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification.
