- Identify and develop growth opportunities across key industries including oil & gas, petrochemicals, power generation, aviation, and manufacturing.
- Execute market development plans in alignment with regional strategy.
- Strengthen distributor performance through technical support, joint engagement, and sales development.
- Generate, qualify, and drive opportunities to closure in collaboration with distributors.
- Engage with end-users, EPCs, and inspection service providers to promote solutions and influence specifications.
- Support preparation of technical proposals and commercial offers aligned with customer needs.
- Deliver product demonstrations, application support, and technical evaluations.
- Conduct training, workshops, and seminars for distributors and customers.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting through CRM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline
- Experience in NDT (Non Destructive Testing) sales or industrial inspection technologies
- Knowledge of NDT methods (UT, PAUT, Eddy Current, RVI)
- Experience with oil & gas operators, inspection service providers, or industrial asset owners preferred
- Proven technical sales and business development capability
- Communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a regional, distributor-driven environment
- Extensive travel requirement (>50%) across Africa, with travel to the Middle East office
- Fluent in English
- Arabic is highly desirable
- French is an advantage for North Africa markets
