Ready to shape the future of mobility with us?Position SummaryAs an IT Technician, you will be in charge to Implement and ensure the proper functioning of production-related systems.YOUR ROLE

Ensure the smooth functioning of production systems, as well as the first troubleshooting of IT issues
installation and configuration of shopfloor PCs (PBTO machines, SOP EOP, Printing station)
Ensure the site machines security
Contact the helpdesk in case of IT issues and well explain the problem
Ensure the first level maintenance of IT equipment
install operation system in IT machines (DGD,)
network maintenance and manipulation in all what is active side
IT devices inventory
Help IT engineer on IT requests
Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental standards.

YOUR BACKGROUND

Bac+2 or Bac+3 in Computer Networks or equivalent IT field
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English and French.
Collaborative team player with Analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude
Strong knowledge of network installations, configurations, and troubleshooting
Software installation, configuration, and support capabilities
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices
Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems
Understanding of standard IT equipment functionality and limitations
Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies
