--Casablanca, Maroc--Ref. :005993Position Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Change Manager with a strong background in ITIL to join our client IT Service Management team. The Change Manager will oversee the change management process, ensuring that changes are implemented efficiently, with minimal risk, and in a way that aligns with the organization's objectives.Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Management: Lead the change management process from start to finish, including planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
  • Risk Assessment: Review change requests to assess risks and potential impacts, ensuring that necessary precautions are taken before implementation.
  • CAB Coordination: Organize and lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to review and decide on change requests, ensuring they align with the organization's goals.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for all change management activities, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the process.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Create and maintain documentation for change management procedures, ensuring they comply with ITIL standards and organizational policies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Use data from change management activities to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to staff on change management procedures and tools, fostering a culture that values structured and well-managed changes.
  • Tool Management: Manage change management tools to ensure they are effectively supporting the process and meeting organizational needs.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field. ITIL Foundation Certification is required; advanced ITIL certifications are preferred.
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in IT change management within a complex organization.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices in service management. Experience with tools like ServiceNow or BMC Remedy is advantageous.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attributes: A proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
