- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) to generate qualified leads.
- Engage decision-makers, uncover business needs, and position SaaS/Tech solutions effectively.
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Book qualified meetings for Account Executives to move deals forward.
- Use modern sales enablement tools (e.g., SalesLoft, Outreach, Apollo, ZoomInfo) to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and target accounts.
- Consistently hit or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs.

- 1–3 years’ experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR) within SaaS/Tech/MarTech industries.
- Proven ability to manage high call volumes (80–100+) daily while maintaining quality conversations.
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding lead generation and meeting-booking quotas.
- Proficiency with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) and sales prospecting tools.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written), with a confident phone presence.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
