- Conduct in-depth assessments of clients' operations and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Identify areas of improvement in the area of mining supply chain.
- Develop strategies to optimize industrial businesses' supply chains, logistics, and distribution networks.
- Help clients improve their manufacturing processes, quality control, and inventory management.
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for cost-cutting measures and improved profitability.
- Identify technology solution to improve Client's supply chain.
- Build a digital roadmap, and define KPIs to track the roadmap execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure success and open new opportunities.
- Education from a top engineering or business school.
- More than 8 years of experience in the field.
- Good knowledge of the mining industry, particularly open-pit extraction.
- General knowledge in supply chain: supply and transportation chains, stock management models.
- Knowledge of current standards and regulatory requirements related to extraction, transportation, and product storage.
- Knowledge of new technologies applied to the supply chain (blockchain, smart assets, Digital Brain, Enterprise Lighthouse, etc.).
- Significant experience in project management and coordination of activities with various stakeholders.
