- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via cold calling, email sequences, and social outreach
- Make 100+ outbound calls per day to engage and qualify decision-makers
- Identify potential business challenges and introduce tailored solutions offered by the client
- Research target accounts to personalize outreach and improve conversion
- Qualify marketing-generated leads and set up discovery calls for Account Executives
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and success teams to align messaging and improve lead quality
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and track activity metrics
- Continuously test and improve messaging strategies, outreach cadences, and call scripts
- Screening AI Video Interview (15 min max)
- Final Face-to-Face Interview

- 1+ year of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or client outreach
- Experience in SaaS, marketing, consulting, or enterprise services is a strong advantage
- Strong English communication skills (French and Arabic are a plus, not required)
- Confidence with outbound calling and business conversations
- Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day and managing high-volume activity goals
- Organized, self-driven, and comfortable working remotely
- Familiarity with sales technology tools like CRMs, dialers, and lead enrichment platforms
- Ability to adapt quickly to different client products, industries, and sales motions
- A curiosity-driven mindset and willingness to experiment with messaging and approach
