
Financial Controlling Manager

- To support Country Finance Organization for the overall financial planning, analysis and controlling of Morocco
- To lead the Accounting Organization
- To ensure the consistency and delivery of global financial performance and adherence with Country KPIs
- To coordinate and supervise the financial performance with all related business partners / stakeholders
- Coordination, monitoring and analysis of global financial performance (ensure the accuracy, the consistency and adherence of all financial KPIs in close relationship with other operational and support functions)
- Contribute and supervise to the monthly actual financial reporting and accounting processes
- Lead the monthly and yearly tax declarations process
- Drive the forecast and budget process for the Country
- Communicate and supervise the financial performance with all related business partners / stakeholders
- Prepare financials presentations, reports and analysis for local and regional management
- Support the Country Finance Director for Business Controlling and local compliance
- Support the project controlling activity
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis when requested
- Support the Tender activity when needed
- Bachelors's / Master's degree in Finance
- More than 8 years of experience in finance (financial controlling, FP&A roles…)
- Experience in Transportation/Construction sector is a plus
- Fluent in English & French, both written and spoken
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to respond under pressure and tight deadlines
- Ability to perform in a multinational and complex environment, create and manage network and connections with global organization, Product Lines and large list of different stakeholders
- Experience in Budget/Forecast and performance controlling
- Experience in Accounting management
- Experience for team management
- Strong knowledge in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local statutory standards
- Strong knowledge in local tax legislation
- Ability to present and communicate with senior management
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Pack (Excel, PPT, Word…)
