Freelance Reservations & Ticketing Agent (Remote - Casablanca)To support the expansion of our client portfolio, we are looking for a Freelance Reservations & Ticketing Agent to join our team remotely. The role will be based in Casablanca, working closely with our Benelux team and collaborating with colleagues in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Casablanca. The team is managed by the Reservations Supervisor, also based in Casablanca.Your Responsibilities

Handle customer and trade requests related to reservations and ticketing
Process reservations and issue flight tickets using GDS (Amadeus)
Manage rebookings and cancellations in compliance with airline policies
Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
Prepare reports on ticket sales and reservations
Optimize work processes and contribute to overall team efficiency

What We Are Looking For

Minimum of 2 years' experience in reservations or ticketing, ideally within the airline or travel industry
Strong knowledge of GDS systems, especially Amadeus
A proactive, customer-focused, and hands-on mindset
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
Fluency in English or German (written and spoken), as well as French and Arabic
We are also seeking agents proficient in Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, and Greek
