- Implement and continuously improve safety and quality management systems.
- Define clear safety and quality goals, roles, and responsibilities.
- Promote a strong culture of safety and quality through leadership and example.
- Engage employees and management in safety and quality initiatives.
- Lead safety and quality meetings, committees, and improvement forums.
- Collaborate with global teams and external partners to align best practices.
- Maintain and update all relevant safety and quality documentation.
- Launch programs to improve workplace safety and product/process quality.
- Support emergency preparedness and risk management efforts.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and investigations to ensure compliance and identify issues.
- Analyse data to track performance, identify trends, and drive improvements.
- Manage incident and non-conformance investigations and follow up with corrective actions.
- Train and support staff in safety and quality tools, standards, and procedures.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure readiness.
- Develop and manage budgets and plans for safety and quality initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or data science, or equivalent experience in the relevant field.
- 5+ years' relevant work experience, preferably in the maintenance/quality field.
- Experience in the elevator & escalator industry is an advantage.
- Ability to work together as a team and promote a harmonious environment.
- Excellent English communication.
