Perform authentic Hammam rituals and a variety of massage treatments tailored to guest needs.

Ensure each guest receives a personalized, safe, and relaxing experience.

Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in treatment rooms and wet areas.

Build rapport with guests to recommend suitable home care products and encourage repeat visits.

Actively upsell spa products and treatments, and promote rebooking to enhance guest satisfaction and spa revenue.

Provide aftercare advice and product education to support guest well-being beyond the treatment.

Uphold guest confidentiality and deliver services with professionalism and care.

Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, service-driven environment.

Requirements:

Qualified in massage therapy with recognized certification.

Trained and experienced in Hammam treatments.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a spa or wellness setting.

Fluent in English & French (required).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Confidence in recommending spa products and services to guests.

Physically fit and able to perform treatments throughout the day.
